The Perli İnşaat project, was built and commissioned 23 years ago and offered spacious apartments located in one block of 16 apartments situated in a closed green area with an outdoor pool.
Perli İnşaat's first villa project consisted of 6 villas built on a plot of 2,630 m2 that offered buyers the possibility of having a private garden with each villa and giving them the opportunity to live in a peaceful environment located in a forested area.
This project consisted of 5 villas which took Perli İnşaat one step further along the road of offering luxury living. This included each villa having its own private pool, private parking and separate gardens.
This was a small project comprising of just 3 villas where Perli İnşaat showed their growing reputation in the luxury market by using modern architectural design and building practices that upgraded and offered buyers a wider range of facilities than would normally be expected such as their own private gardens, private pools and parking spaces.
This was the first project built by Perli İnşaat in the centre of Avsallar. It was a project far ahead of its time with its improved social facilities and comprised of 6 blocks offering a total of 80 apartments and 16 shops. Facilities included a large outdoor swimming pool surrounded with walking paths and gazebos set in a landscaped garden.
Melih Villas was a Perli İnşaat's project located close to the coast of Incekum and consisted of 6 villas designed and located where each owner is able to enjoy maximum contact with the surrounding nature and where luxury and comfort met in their own private home with its own garden, private pool and parking.
The 5th project of Perli İnşaat villas comprised a complex that offered its residents private living areas with their own pool, car parking, large gardens and spacious interior areas of each villa.
This Perli İnşaat project consisted of 12 apartments located in one block that was ideal for large families due to the large square footage of living space with an infrastructure consisting of a large swimming pool with a barbecue area located in beautiful landscaped gardens as well as parking for cars and an elevator for the convenience of residents.
This was a Perli İnşaat project, consisting of 2 blocks offering a total of 52 apartments with modern landscaped gardens, swimming pool and secure parking within the complex.
This was a wonderful project comprising of 20 apartments, designed by Perli İnşaat as a boutique building with the concept that everything imaginable is available to any buyer by using the highest building standards and materials which offers 5* living and is located where a local market, cafes, restaurants and social requirements are all within easy walking distance.
This project was timeless, not only with its modern architectural design but the villa came equipped with amenities such as sauna, fitness room, its own elevator, BBQ area and an outdoor patio area. The Villa has 3 levels with a large living area and located close to the centre of Avsallar.
One of the most ambitious projects in Avsallar consisted of 4 blocks each of 9 floors and offered a total of 324 apartments on a land area of 13,400 m2. Crown City is one of the most famous projects in this region, and is famous for its rich external and internal infrastructure beautiful landscaped areas and friendly staff.
Another Perli İnşaat projects that consisted of just one block with 35 apartments located in a central position. This complex offered residents a small compact infrastructure that included a sauna, fitness room, outdoor pool for children, playground and a barbecue area.

This was a unique project located in the centre of Avsallar which is essentially the “Pearl of the City” by using a modern design by Perli İnşaat architects and consisting of 4 blocks on land of 8,100 m2 and offering a total of 151 apartments. The complex offers a rich social infrastructure and the characteristics of the apartments will not leave anyone indifferent that includes fingerprint entry front doors, heated floors, double thickness walls, heat and sound insulation between apartments, and much, much more.
This project consists of 56 apartments designed by Perli Construction as a single block concept with an exclusive designed exterior and interior.
